In order to merge these two certificates, firstly Individuals need to visit the CoWin portal as this is the only government portal that has the facility to merge 2 vaccination certificates. You need to simply Log In to your dashboard of CoWin.gov.in portal Vaccine Certificate download by using beneficiary id or mobile number. Then you may choose the merging option. After fulfilling all the details, certificates can be merged into the final one.
